Balsamiq: Blocked from this ISP due to content or blacklisting

Hi Balsamiq Team and Community,

Has anyone recieved this message when trying to invite a specific user “Blocked from this ISP due to content or blacklisting”? It appears on different machines, browsers, even on Tor. It’s only for this one invited user though. Please see screenshot attached.

The user can’t accept the invite and I suspect it’s because of this. How can we resolve it?

I just responded to your email with some more details, but the short version here is that the ISP is blocking our invite email.

Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do from our end since it’s happening on the ISP side. Are you able to get in contact with them?

I just spoke to our infrastructure team, they will reach out to the ISP team.
