Balsamiq Cloud outage? Cannot login

Hi there, I cannot seem to login to Balsamiq Cloud. After entering my valid username and password, the login process hangs. I note that some web site outage monitoring services are reporting ping timeouts to the web host. Any ideas what might be causing this and/or when it might be fixed?

im facing major disruptions as it cannot seems to open up my project and takes forever to load, then the error of 502 bad gateway appears…

No access to cloud account for four hours now - unable to login – is there any official news ??

So sorry for the annoyance here. We’re currently investigating an interruption to Balsamiq Cloud. There’s been some complete downtime but hope to have normal service resumed as soon as possible.
