As this discussion may require discussion of details specific to your Atlassian instance, I’ve picked this up in the email you sent.
Just as an FYI, it looks like Atlassian did something to break authentication.
We have shipped a fix, so if you’re still having this problem, please let us know so that we can get it addressed!
