Because our real-time collaboration feature saves based on the last registered action, it is more geared towards folks working on the same project at the same time and not the same wireframe.
Would it be possible to split the work you and your team are working on into multiple wireframes?
we experience the same issue and it is very tiring.
In the current year, with tools such as Miro and Figma available it is expected that when the tool advertises as “Designed for Collaboration”, this will be supported.
The least that could be done to at least ease the pain, would be to display a warning when the second user connects to the same wireframe or write a general note that this is not allowed.
When the users have to discover the malfunction on their own without any feedback, this is frustrating.
I’m writing up a story now to track this (because you and David aren’t the first folks to bring this up). I’ll bring it up with the dev team at our meeting next week, and we will talk about what we can do about it.
I don’t promise things will change in the short term, but I can promise that we will talk about it.
