Hi,
I can’t seem to find a way to switch between alternates in full-screen presentation mode, and I could not find any instructions on the internet as well. Is there a way to do this?

There isn’t yet…
But if you are brave and head over to https://balsamiq.com/download/next, you can grab the beta version of Mockups 3 that includes this feature.
I’ve been using it for a week or so now, so it’s pretty stable. But, as with any beta software, the usual caveats apply.
