Error #3138 file can't be opened

Hi i urgently need help opening a work file , I don’t have backups of it , how do i recover a file with error #3138

So sorry for the snag! Let’s see if we can find a working version of your file:

Are you running a recent version of Mockups?
If your version is 3.2.1 or more recent, you should be able to find backups of the project in your local store folder. Here is the way to access it.

In case you are not using a recent version, would you mind sending your BMPR file to support@balsamiq.com so that we can try to repair the file here? We will keep your data in the strictest confidence and only long enough to try to debug your issue.
