I’m investigating the moving of our mockups from MyBalsamiq to Balsamiq Cloud. Due to the fact that I don’t have a local copy of all the Assets, I need to export them from MyBalsamiq so that they can be imported into Balsamiq Cloud. If this isn’t possible, could someone export them to a ZIP file and the email me it or provide me a link to download it?
Since Balsamiq Cloud supports our new file format (BMPR) where all elements of a project are stored together in one file, site assets are not supported there. In your case, we would recommend to download those assets and keep them saved locally or create a template project with those included, as suggested here.
Would that work for you?
Feel free to reach out to support@balsamiq.com if you need more assistance with this, we’ll do our best to help!
Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately I have 100 assets and I’d really like to avoid having to save them all individually if possible! Could you possibly create a ZIP file of them all as I suggested?
I can investigate but it may take a little time so please bear with me. Can you please drop an email to support@balsamiq.com from the email address associated with your myBalsamiq site and I’ll see what I can do, ok?
