A complete project export to json doesn’t seem to exist, is that right?
I would love to see a complete bmpr export, e.g. a zip that has 1 json describing all pages + png’s for each page + optionally the individual bmml files.

Hi @michaelgaigg,
Thanks for reaching out today.
You’re right, for now you can only export a single mockup to JSON but I’ve added this request to our internal tracker so we can review and consider it for the future. If others would like to see this feature, please let us know (or add your Like/Heart vote above) to help us prioritize this request.
For the other options mentioned, you can actually export a single mockup or all of them to PNG, as well as export to a BMMLs zip file if needed. Here is the related documentation if needed: https://docs.balsamiq.com/desktop/exporting/
Hope this helps. Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks for your quick reply. The reason I’m asking for this is because I’m in the process of writing a web application that creates a ‘state diagram’ based on the wireframes and how they are linked. This conceptual view is really important to us and we currently do it by hand while it would be really easy to parse JSON and let the app hash it out - given all the linkage was implemented obviously AND Balsamiq supports the export
Ah yes, the reason I’m asking for the png’s to be included is that the system can attach and display them as well. It’s like a card that can be flipped over for each page.
Hi all
I’ve just come accross this problem - I have a set of about 30 mockups in a project and I can only export to JSON one by one which is a bit cumbersome, any plans to develop this as it’s been a while since originally requested?
Cheers
Panos
We have been pretty heads down on the next major version of the app, @plivanos, but I will give this story a nudge so that we can have another look at it.
I realize this is a really old post, but if you are still interested I created a simple utility to export a BMPR to json. You can find it here:
