[Feature request] Change/disable selected shortcuts

Is there any option to change or disable selected shortcuts?

For polish language “Right Alt” + N is combination for polish letter - ń.
But on Windows “Right Alt” is implemented as Ctrl + ALT, so when I try type letter “ń”, Windows translated this to Ctrl+Alt+N which is shortcut for creating new project.

If there will be option to manage shortcuts in config file or disable some of them, it will resolve my problem.

Hi @Anclywen

Thank you for your report.
There is currently no option to disable a keyboard shortcut manually.
We plan to disable the shortcut while you are editing text and enable it once more once you finished editing.

I added your vote to the change request.

Hi Florian,

it’s good to hear that you will take that request into consideration in future release. Is there any way to vote for this issue?
You see those shortcuts (rALT + n, rALT+c) can get quite in the way when creating mockups with text in native language  It’s like english native would get new project window every time when “v” is pressed, and every “y” would be missed, because that’s how rALT + c works now.

Maybe not the best examples, but I’m sure you’ll get my point.

So, is there enything that can be done to support this request?

Thanks in advance

The change will be in the next official release.
The change is already in the prerelease that you can get here:

That is awesome news! Thank you very much!

Hi @pataps and @Anclywen

Thx @Florian_Brauer

It works like a charm

Sorry to post in this thread again, but I’m not sure that it would be better to start new thread with this. rALT + c is not working corectly for polish input language. It suppose to write “ć” but it does nothing. rALT + s (“ś”) is working well.

I’ve to confirm :frowning:
All polish letters work but “ć -> rAlt + c”.

Hi @pataps and @Anclywen, this will be fixed in the next release, sorry for the hassle.

Hi peldi,

thank you for fast response, we’re waiting patiently  You guys do a great job on support
