Feature Request: Mockups with alternate versions should be marked in the mockups list

Now I need to click each mockup in the list to see whether it has alternate versions or not. It gets tiresome when there are 20 or more mockups in a project to click.

Take care

Hi, Pat. Interesting. As you probably have seen, currently we only show an indication when the Alternate is being edited, and not if alternates exist. Like this:

So if there are alternates, but the official version is selected, we don’t show any indication. You would want to see some visual indicator of the existence of any alternates at all in all of the Mockups? Like a tiny micro icon or italicizing the Mockup name or something?

Yes, an icon or some other indication. It would be helpful especially for people that did not create the project, but get if for reviewing or other purposes. Now I need to describe to them which page contains alternate versions, or include this information as a comment/note on a given page. With the visual indication, the additional explanations will not be necessary.

Excellent. I think this is a good idea. I’ve added this to our tracker so we can review and consider it for the future.

If others would like to see this feature, please let us know (or add your Like/Heart vote above) to help us prioritize this request.

Thank you, Mike.

Mark me down as a +1 for this feature. It’s tedious looking for all the ones that have alternates.

Hi everyone,

Thanks again for the idea @pattricia.

We added a little visual indicator for mockups that have alternates in our latest release (3.1.8).

You can get the new version (3.1.8) here:
