[FIXED] [Bug] Arrows in mockup doesn't render .png with the right size

Balsamiq Edit: This has been fixed in version 3.3.9

I found in intriguing bug in the latest version of Balsamiq (may be in 3.3.5 as well, not sure).

If you place an arrow in a mockup and export it as an image (using Ctrl + R), you’ll have an unnecessary margin around (20 pixels I think). If you happen to use arrows near the edge of your mocks (as a separator or whatever else), you’ll end up with an export that have an unwanted margin:

Now I have a bunch of my exports that doesn’t have the same dimensions because some are using arrows and some dont’s. In a presentation, you end up having images that offsets all the time on the screenwhen you navigate through them, and it doesn’t look too professional.

I’m pretty sure this undesirable behavior wasn’t there one month ago.

Please fix this!

Ugh, looks like we are running into an issue with the margin for the arrowheads. I’m sorry about that @sgiroux.

We are looking into improving it right now.

I’m not sure if it’s related to this, but I noticed just the other day that the arrow heads were in “sketch” even though I have the “wireframes” skin chosen. I notice the arrow line goes beyond the arrow point. (I think I’m running the latest: 3.3.5)

Darn it - just noticed there’s a more recent version. I’ll update and check on the arrows.

Yeah, there was some weirdness we cleaned up with the arrows @RaeHanley. Check out 3.3.6 and see if that cleans up the heads.

EDIT: You are too fast!

And the arrows are fine now. Thanks!!!
