Hi there!
I got this error while trying to install Balsamiq 4.2.3. I can’t go back to any prior version of this software because I get the same error at the beginning of the installation process.
What can I do about it?

. Can you verify that you’re running the installer with admin privileges?
If you right-click the install file and select “Run with Administrator”, do you get the same error?
Let us know and we can go from there.
