I have around 11 pages in my wire-frame mock-up project now.
Issue is it hides the links underneath: e.g. Link to web address, Link to new Mock-up screen etc.

Any suggestion here? I need more mock-up screens

Sorry for the hassle with this one. We’ve been getting some similar reports and it’s on our list. We’ll let you know as soon as we have a fix for it.
In the meantime, scrolling up a bit in the Property Inspector should allow you to flow the drop-down menu upward, as shown below:
