I cannot use myBalsamiq. MyBalsamiq crashed when I was in the middle of a Mockup and trying to add an image. I lost everything I had done. Now, every time I try to add a new Mockup it crashes. It looks like a Flash problem, but I’ve updated Flash with no effect. I’ve also tried: reading hundreds of FAQs, creating new projects, deleting cookies for balsamiq and Flash, closing Firefox, and shutting down my computer.
Any other ideas?

Ugh, I’m really sorry about that @lpilipen. That does indeed sound like a Flash issue.
I’m curious if something under Firefox’s hood got messed up. Do you get any errors before the crash?
If it’s possible, I’d like to see if you have the same trouble in another browser. When you have a moment, would you mind trying that?
I cannot apologize enough for the lost work @lpilipen. We will do whatever we can to figure out what happened.
Hi. I used Edge on my husband’s laptop and that worked. Not thrilled that I had to create everything all over again. Adding .jpg’s seems to be working with Firefox now.

Sorry again for the trouble with this @lpilipen. It sounds like you’ve hit the bug preventing .jpg files to be uploaded in myBalsamiq. The good news is that we fixed this one the other day so this shouldn’t happen anymore.

We were thinking about adding some time to your myBalsamiq trial/subscription. It won’t take back the extra work you had to do but could give you some opportunity to work on another project maybe.
