Morning @andreaquino1 and sorry for the trouble with this.
We are currently tracking an issue with the installer and Windows 10, but we haven’t found the cause yet. There are a couple of things that we can try that have worked for others, to get you up and running:
First, let’s try installing Adobe Air before installing Mockups.
You can download Adobe Air here
Once you have Adobe Air downloaded and installed, let’s try running the installer from this link.
If you still have trouble, please let me know. We’ll do our best to fix this one!
