Text extract from image not working


the “Text extract from image” is not working. I have an working internet connection.

Do i musst create rules on firewall?


Hi @kessmo and sorry for the trouble.

You shouldn’t need to create specific rules but some strict restrictions might be at play here. Do you have any antivirus software that could be blocking the access?

Have you tried a different internet connection (like a personal hotspot) to see if it makes a difference?

On a side note, you will also need a (free) Balsamiq Cloud account to use this feature, as mentioned here.

The side note was the solution.
I connected whit my cloud account an now it works.
