Is it possible to add text properties e.g transparency, like you have for boxes?
While the opacity is not a property of the Text control for now (adding your vote there), you can easily change it by using the -text- notation, as detailed here.
Alternatively, you can also use this workaround.
Hope this helps!
That would be the same as making the font colour gray5, but unfortunately don’t achieve the desired result. What I want to achieve is e.g. a grey font with 20% transparency, in order to “blend” it with the blue background colour. This creates a more “natural” text on a darker background colour.
Thanks a lot for sharing your use case, @AJKock. I’m adding it to the feature request to help to prioritize it for the future.
I am using text in black under a rectangle (no border) with a transparency either 75% or 55%.
A black text is more readable than a gray text.
I would like to have the possibility to set the transparency to any number between 0 and 100, so that I can create mockups according to google material specification.
