What can I say. Yesterday my macos crashed and restarted. I loaded balsamic after restart and all my work was lost. 1 week of work was lost. Is it normal? I mean that yeah I should click save every 1 minute of course but maybe it is better to protect user work somehow automatically?
Yikes, @nicks, that’s awful. I’m really sorry about that.
First things first, let’s check the local backup and see if your file is in there. You will want to check both the LocalProjects and UnsavedProjects folders. You may have to check a couple of copies of the file before you find a complete one.
