Trialing Desktop but Wanted to move to Cloud version

Hello all:
I was trialing the Windows desktop version of Wireframes and really liked it.
But I realized the Cloud version may be more useful for collaboration. When I try to start that trail, the confirmation email never arrives. I wonder if I have to uninstall the Desktop trial first?
