Unable to access Balsamiq Plugin in Confluence

#1

Hi Support Team,

We are unable to create new mock-ups using Balsmiq Plugin in Confluence, and we can’t access any of the old mock ups in confluence either.

(A) Steps to re-produce - Create a mock up:

  1. Go to Confluence home
  2. Create a new page and try to insert a Balsmiq Mockup.
    Result:
Refer attached screenshot for the error. (balsmiq_error)
    URL:
    https://ociustechnology.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MOC/pages/create?draftId=54100060&draftShareId=77a13531-1546-4d10-b8b9-5fe679c39964&

(B) Steps to re-produce - Open an existing mock up:

  1. Go to Mock ups in confluence
  2. Try to open any mock up created after April 28
    Result:
Refer attached screenshot for the error. (Confluence_Mockups & Something_went_wrong.)
    URL: https://ociustechnology.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/MOC/pages

Also note that we are able to open the mockups created before on or before April 28.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I am reachable via email and or phone.

Thank you.

P.S. I have sent out a e-mail as well to the support group.

Hey @Karthi, really sorry about the trouble here.

I believe Alasdair is going to respond to your email, but I wanted to let you know that this is a known issue on Atlassian’s side, and we have been waiting for them to issue a fix for it.

You can follow along with the Atlassian ticket here, and we have a master thread for updates on the forums here.

I cannot apologize enough for the trouble, Karthiga. Alasdair will be in touch soon with options for you and your team so that you can keep working.
